chapli kabab 4
Onion rings 7 to 8
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
Lettuce leaves as required
1) lay buns, cut side down, on grill and cook until lightly toasted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.2) fry the chappli kabab on grill pan.3) spread mayonnaise and ketchup on bun bottoms. Add lettuce, tomato, burger, onion. Add chapli kababs and set bun tops in place.4) serve hot with fries.
Fettuccine Pasta 1 packet
Butter 6 tbsp
Garlic (minced) 1 Clove
Heavy Cream 1- 1/2 cups
Salt ¼ tsp
Parmesan Cheese 1- 1/4 cup
Black Pepper ¼ tsp
Oregano 2 tbsp
In a large pot, heat water over high heat until boiling. Add salt to season the water. Once it is boiling, add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions.
In a large skillet or pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream.
Let heavy cream reduce and cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Add half of the parmesan cheese to the mixture and whisk well until smooth. Keep over heat and whisk well until cheese is melted.
Save some pasta water. The pasta water is full of flavor and can be used to thin out the sauce.
Toss alfredo sauce with fettuccine pasta and add half of the parmesan cheese. Once it is tossed, garnish with the remaining parmesan cheese. Add a little pasta water if it needs to be thinned out.
Garnish with Italian seasonings, if so desired.
Full cream milk 5 cups
Rice washed & soaked ¼ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Green cardamoms 4
Almonds crushed for garnishing
Saffron for garnishing
Boil the milk and Green cardamoms in a deep pan..blend the rice with almonds and pistachio and add into boiling milk.simmer over low flame, add and few strings of saffron,
Stirring occasionally till the rice is cooked and the milk becomes thick.
When done add sugar.5.stir till sugar gets dissolved properly.transfer into a serving dish and garnish with almonds.7.serve hot or chilled. Garnish with Almonds and Saffron.
