Ingredients:

2kg lamb
1 tsp jeera
1 1/2 mace (javentri)
2 black cardamom (Elcho) (FORGOT TO MENTION IN VIDEO but this goes in the mix that gets grinded)
3 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp normal chilli powder
4 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp red chilli powder (extra spicy)
1 tsp garam masala
12 green cardamom
1/2 tsp haldi
6 cloves
1/2 cinnamon stick
2 1/2 tbsp green chilli
2 tbsp ginger
3 tbsp garlic
cariander (as desired)

1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp plain yogurt
4 1/2 cups water
