Close to nine in 10 Singaporeans who currently work from home feel that remote working and flexible work arrangements should be the new normal for workplaces. The Institute of Policy Studies has published a report from ongoing polls with a panel of 2,000 respondents. Dr Mathew Mathews, the principal research fellow and head of IPS Social Lab, shared more on why women strongly support for flexible and remote working arrangements, as well as what employers need to be mindful of when crafting policies.
