Favorite Moments at 6064 Via Cuatro Vientos, Fairbanks Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe

What I loved about this house is that it brought celebration to our lives. Whether we were in pj’s making breakfast in the large light filled kitchen with the blooming flowers as our view, or celebrating birthday’s, in the outdoor loggia area so the kids could run in the spacious grassy areas, or our son’s teen friends wanting to hang out at our house to play pool and poker in the billiards room, we were always laughing, cooking, enjoying the pool and Jacuzzi. Sometimes we would hire a chef for dinner parties or for our stay vacation during the summer. We enjoyed hosting charity events and performances at our home as it lends itself to entertaining on every level. When with just the family we would set out a card table in the expansive family room to build 1000 piece Legos or puzzles and if there was a chill in the air we would be kept warm by the large fireplace. My husband and I enjoyed many nights in the theater enjoying a movie after putting our youngest to bed. As large as the house is the word COZY always comes to mind when I think back of our family moments. The orange, lemon, grapefruit and lime trees were always a treat as well as a box garden we since took down. I also enjoyed the wet and dry sauna and often held girl spa day at my home for friends. My closet is a girls dream with plenty of room for a dressing area, shoes, and shopping galore. I can honestly say that I loved every bit of that wonderful home!!!
