ISSA BLOCK PARTY! PREACH! is grilling all problematic politicians, kicking it with your favorite aunties and partying with everybody on the block! Come ready to dance, sing and cry with the city’s only spoken word improv movement!

PREACH! Is a fiery collective of poets and comedians that spit and lift each other up with the gospel of spoken word and sketch comedy, while seeking truth and raging against the machine.

Established in 2016 and based in Chicago, Illinois, PREACH! trains their artistic voice on challenging apathy and promoting love and positivity through their art. The members of PREACH! are teachers, caregivers, activists… and they bring the spirit of a revolution wherever they perform. PREACH! Has been featured on NPR, LA Magazine, and in the Chicago Reader as a “Must See” group.
