One night, Nathan gives a ride to a young hitchhiking girl named Marie. During the trip, she tells Nathan he is about to die; just as a car approaches fast in the opposite direction.

“A story of destiny, told in a minimalistic and captivating way, simultaneously dealing with revenge, morality and retribution, wonderfully captured in cool, clear images; drawing the audience into the film’s action and linking it tightly with its protagonists. Arnaud Baur succeeds at taking the viewer along for an emotional and chilling journey with its two main characters, ending up with a film that hits the right chords on many different levels.”
