Being a Chef across Kew Green means more than cooking dishes. We know that our kitchen staff are something of the unsung heroes, after all – a clean plate is the Chef equivalent of getting the guy or girl.
As cliched as it sounds, our teams constantly want to find creative ways to put a smile on their guests face. Sometimes it’s as simple as perfecting a dish from our new menu – a dish Jessica orders on her second week working away from home, when home-comfort is exactly what she needs. Or it could be crafting a new, delicious – on trend special that makes even the fussiest of eater Ian (flexitarian?
