This recipe is very healthy, nutritious and quick recipe made from oats, moong dal and vegetables. Also we have made by adding some indian spices to make it more flavourful. This is my favorite go to khichdi, so decided to share the most easiest and tastiest khichdi recipe prepared with oats.

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp ghee
½ tsp jeera
½ cup moong dal
¾ cup oats
½ tsp salt
3 cups water

2 tsp oil/ ghee
1 tsp jeera
½ tsp ginger (chopped)
one onion (chopped)
2 green chillies (chopped)
¼ tsp tumeric powder
½ tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
one tomato (chopped)
¼ cup cauliflower
one carrot (chopped)
2 tbsp peas
2 tbsp sweet corns
some water
coriander leaves
