Mina is a 16-year-old girl, in a family reunion, her grandmother sings a sevillian copla with her friends. Mina doesn’t understand those passionate songs, the grandmothers make fun of her calling her a mocita. This awakens in her the desire to understand these songs and lose her virginity. She does it, and that brings her a series of consequences that show that it is not the act of losing her virginity that makes her understand the songs and the femininity, but rather the disappointment, pain and resilience that women experience.
