Spicy Pepper Chicken:

Ingredients:
Chicken ½ kg
Tomato 250 gm
Onion 250 gm
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Curry leaves 6
Green chilies 4
Green coriander few
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cassia leaves 2
Cloves 2
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup

Methods:
Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin powder, curry leaves and cassia leaves. Now add onion and fry. Then tomato salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and cloves add covered pot. After this chicken and water add and leave for half hours. When chicken tender then add lemon juice, green coriander, green chilies and crushed black pepper and serve hot.

Jheengay aur Aalu ka Pulao:

Ingredients:
Prawns ½ kg
Potatoes ½ kg
Rice ½ kg
Back cumin seeds 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Bay leaves 2
Black peppercorns 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp
Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
Green fenugreek 250 gm
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Star anise 1tbsp
Onions 2
Oil ½ cup
Water 2 cup

Method:
In a pan, heat oil add onion and fry. Add ginger garlic, black cumin seeds, bay leaves, black pepper corns, potatoes, prawns and fry. Now add water, green chili paste and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Add rice and cook. When dries water add green fenugreek, finely chopped ginger, star anise and let it simmer. Lastly dish out and serve hot.
