Its a Zombies film with a twist. It’s not ashamed to say, it’s crazy, it’s daft, it’s street, it’s cool. it’s a little piece of everything. it’s gonna make you smile and laugh out loud. The director asked me to join the team. He said “Pete, its gonna be different, are you ready for that?” Hell yes! why not!? Said I. I trust this director. He’s a cool dude under pressure. OK, sometimes he giggles like a girl, but, hey we all got faults man!! Any way, I enjoyed making this film, more than any before. The cast were great guys, all of them, without exception. They were so young and street though, sometimes I had no idea what was being said. At first, I had the job of sound man. That’s fine by me, I love it. Then the DOP had to leave, so guess who had to take up camera duties. Look, let’s all remember, if you make films , you gotta be able to, edit, film, direct, make tea …. and everything else in between. So, what makes it different from all the other Zombie films? Well, there’s a message, a statement. The writer has thought through current issues and brought them to life on the big screen. The issues are raised throughout the film in a humorous way, not rammed down the throat like so many other films. Then there is the superb mixture of “tongue in cheek” comedy and horror, it’s always a difficult one to pull off. Yet done so well here. It’s clear that the makers of this film are influenced by the fast pace of our a modern online media life style where nothing stays on your screen for very long. Don’t blink!!!
